CROSSFIT PROTOCOL NUTRITION
Protocol Nutrition Coaching combines encouragement, accountability and hard data to help you work toward Wellness and even Fitness. With results from our InBody Scanner we go deeper than just body weight to work toward helping our clients find the right amounts and right types of food to improve how they feel, how they perform and how they look. This is one on one coaching, teaching and accountability.
COACH HANNA
After the birth of our daughter, I was more intentional with how I fueled my body to properly heal, function, and nourish our baby. This not only opened my eyes to the value of seeing food as fuel, but it significantly helped my postpartum recovery and continues to support my energy levels to keep up with my kids, maintain my fitness, and manage a business. I don’t believe in “diets,” but see the benefits of nutrition and how it truly is the foundation for a healthier lifestyle.
COACH SYDNEY
As a nutrition coach, I’m excited to share the insights I’ve gained from my own journey over the past few years. Balancing life as a mother of four while diving into CrossFit taught me the importance of fueling my body for performance, rather than just focusing on appearance (which, in turn, helped me with fat loss and muscle gain). I’m passionate about helping others develop a healthy relationship with food—something I believe can truly transform lives. My goal is to help you create a holistic approach to eating that supports your goals and nurtures your well-being!

rx nutrition program
- Initial Consultation and Assessment including biometric testing using inbody 270
- clear path developed by nutrition coach
- Bi Weekly IN-body Scans with virtual check-ins - direct one on one access to nutrition coach by phone when needed for questions.
- there is a minumum 3 month commitment with this program. After 3 months you can graduate to ongoing nutrition coaching.
