Empowered Bootcamp

Designed to support women with an environment that is uplifting and encouraging while building strength and confidence.

Every session is coach-led and beginner friendly, with plenty of guidance to help you move safely and confidently. You’ll work through a variety of stations that build lean muscle, boost endurance, and improve overall fitness — all without the intimidation of heavy barbells.
