CrossFit 101
If you’re new to CrossFit, we offer a 2-session class called CrossFit 101. This class is 1-on-1 with a coach, where we’ll cover the basics, by teaching and correcting foundational CrossFit movements. We’ll also get to know you and figure out how we can best support you in your unique fitness journey.

YES. Anyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries, or current level of fitness. The programming is easily modifiable to help you move safely, become healthier, and more fit.

Nope! That’s the whole point. CrossFit’s program will get you in shape, no matter where your current fitness level is. As you become fitter, the workouts won’t get “easier", they’ll become more challenging. So long to the boring workouts. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you closer towards your goals.
