Blake recently celebrated 1 year at CrossFit Protocol! So, we asked him what he would like people to know about CrossFit and this was his response: " I joined CrossFit Protocol in an attempt to improve my temple physically and mentally. I didn't realize then the impact it would have on my life. Protocol has pushed me beyond what I thought my body could do so many times, which encourages me to take on the next challenge with more confidence. Yes, I have lost weight, gained muscle, and gained endurance. More importantly, Protocol has helped me improve my tenacity, mental fortitude, and self-discipline, which translates into winning battles that are much more than physical. No doubt, I wouldn't be here 1 year later if the coaches and community weren't so incredibly accepting and supportive. There is no place like this! The cherry on top is that my wife, Taylor, joined which has added a fun competitive layer to our marriage."
