Starting strength training can feel intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. At CrossFit Protocol, we specialize in helping beginners learn proper technique, build confidence, and progress at a pace that feels right.

Strength training for beginners isn’t about lifting heavy right away — it’s about learning how to move well. When you build a strong foundation, everything else becomes easier: fat loss, muscle tone, energy, and everyday movement.

If you’re new to strength training, our coaches will guide you step‑by‑step so you always feel confident and capable. We also have a 2-session CrossFit 101 class that is catered specifically to beginners just starting out. You’ll spend 1-on-1 time with a coach learning how to move safely and effectively, before moving into a group setting.
